They just put the entire blame on the consumer. Someone talk about this! They just took their own bullshit and blamed it on the consumer. They just blatantly admitted to underpaying their workers and are defending themselves by saying its for their customers. They abuse workers for *our* convenience.
Basically, they came up with all of these ideas for speed and convenience, found themselves unable to meet any of them without exploitation. Were found out and called out, and now they are turning it onto those buying their products.
Exploitation of workers and the working class is not on the working class, it is on the rich. So ummm fuck you Amazon.
